For Adult Residential Facility Administrators, MFT/LCSW, Skilled Nursing Facility Administrators, and Nurses

This course is designed to give information about how to provide trauma informed services to clients receiving behavioral health services, as well as learn specific techniques to help de-escalate clients who may be experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
