After the course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify four (4) day-to-day decisions which can impact a business.
  2. Understand the concept of Corporate Structure (Defined as: various departments that contribute to the company’s overall mission and goals).
  3. Have a greater knowledge of how to use key metrics to quantify successes and failures through trackable systems and processes in order to grow a business.
  4. Identify at least three (3) strategies for establishing successful purchase agreements.
